If you are presented with the error message ‘Failed to decrypt NPsettings_.ini Program will be closed’, The problem is that during installation an essential program file was incorrectly written. This can be caused by virus protection software or your computer’s administrative settings.

  2. Once you have navigated to the above directory locate a file called ‘NPSettings_PM’.
  3.  Attach the ‘NPSettings_PM file to an email and send it to to our support team with a subject of NPSettings_PM Repair.

 

Quality Assurance Manual
