Firstly set the job requirement criteria within the test. These are job specific skills and competencies which your business determines to be mandatory for the job role.

Questionnaire is conducted
Secondly, the applicant or employee sits the recruitment questionnaire, which will generally take between 40 minutes – 60 minutes. Within this assessment the candidate will cover a range of different question styles including; Literacy, Numeracy, Behavioural and Analytical styles.
Finally a report is generated automatically matching the candidate against the businesses pre-determined criteria.
